Use of Service
2567POC.com provides software tools to assist skilled nursing facilities in preparing Plans of Correction and managing corrective action documentation. The service is provided "as is" and does not constitute legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@2567poc.com.
Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. A 90-day data export window is provided after cancellation.
Limitation of Liability
2567POC.com and Cascadia Healthcare are not liable for regulatory outcomes, survey results, or CMS decisions related to Plans of Correction generated using this platform. Users are responsible for the accuracy and adequacy of all submitted documentation.
